Alert Program-
The Illinois Premise Alert Program (Public Act 96-0788) provides for
Public Safety Agencies in the State of Illinois to allow people with
special needs to provide information to police to be kept in a
database. The Notification Form is here plus

Quincy Park Condominium Association accommodates the needs of
a disabled
Unit Owner or Resident as required by the federal Civil Rights Act of
1968, the Human Rights
Act and any applicable local ordinance in the exercise of its powers
with respect to the use of the
common elements or approval of modification in an individual unit.
